Used in such vehicle engine applications as electronic throttles and valve controls, TB9051FTG comes in flat 6 x 6 mm P-QFN28 package, features single H-bridge channel, and employs double-diffused MOSFET (DMOS FET) transistors as driver circuits. Devices do not require base current biasing and have virtually no input current, allowing processing of high current density per device area with low on-resistance (0.34 Ω).
