Cut-To-Length Machine accommodates tubing up to 8 in. dia.
Chip/Chipless cut-to-length line uses head that rotates around tubing, allowing higher rotational speeds without support of tube end. Cutting is done with discs or carbide tools. Cut parts can be chamfered automatically. Turret version performs secondary operations such as threading, reduction, expansion, boring, flattening, and marking. Machine functions are PLC controlled, using touch screen.

Single-station Model LS-38S endforms tubes from 1/4 to 1 1/2 in. diameters, with swage lengths through 2.5 in. It delivers 8 tons of force to reduce, expand, flare, and bead ferrous and nonferrous tubes of almost any length. Tool changing is accomplished by removing 4 screws to remove clamp set, and one screw to remove forming tool.

All circular cold saws have positive hydraulic clamping, utilizing 2 self centering infeed vises for precise length control. Cut length is controlled by positive micrometer adjusted, mechanical stop or servo motor. All models are available with low speed spindle for steel or high speed spindle for non-ferrous cutting. Material is clamped on both sides of cut to eliminate hanging burrs. Maximum...

Saws use various levels of automation, from mechanical stops to Allen Bradley CNC controls. All models have 2 self-centering, infeed vises for length control. Cut length is controlled by positive micrometer adjusted mechanical stop or servo motor. All models are available with spindles for cutting steel or non-ferrous materials. Material is clamped on both sides of cut to eliminate hanging burrs.
