Waterfall Pasteurizer is suitable for processing soups, sauces, prepackaged foods, raw vegetables, and seafood. When coupled with Waterfall Hydro-Chiller, system will pasteurize product then immediately chill it to acceptable temperature, retaining color, texture, and taste.

Polychiller utilizes agitation and product movement technology to perform rapid chilling of hot-filled pouches and other containers. Air and water flushes gently agitate pouches in cold water bath, allowing maximum heat transfer during chilling process. Discharge Station can be disassembled without tools.

Incorporated with Vibratory Distribution Systems, EZ-Clean Vibratory Discharge Gate features design that allows for no-tools disassembly for sanitation. Hand knobs release gate supports and guides for access to all sides of gate surfaces as well as vibratory pan bottom.
