Dings Mark II and III electromagnetic, spring-set motor brakes offer exterior, manual release mechanisms that require no tools for operation. With one flip of lever or turn of knob, brake is released, allowing maintenance and other operations to be performed. Reverse operation engages brake. Release designs are available on 70 and 80 Series brakes for NEMA motors in sizes 182TC through 286TC.
