As plug-in software module, CRAIC FilmPro™ works with CRAIC Technology microspectrophotometers and Lambdafire™ software to let user non-destructively measure film thickness of diverse materials and substrates via transmission or reflectance. Sampling areas range from over 100 microns across to <1 micron, and functionality allows analysis of films on both transparent and opaque substrates. Modifiable processing recipes and ability to create new film recipes are standard features. Read More
Leveraging optical aperturing technology, 20/30 Perfect Vision™ (20/30 PV™) lets users acquire Raman spectra, with multiple laser wavelengths, in addition to UV-visible-NIR absorbance, reflectance, fluorescence, and emission microspectra™ from same microscopic sample area. Self-contained unit can also acquire images of same microscopic samples in UV, Vis, and NIR regions. Light sources, solid state lasers, Lightblades™ spectrometers, and Lambdafire™ spectral and imaging software are included. Read More
Available for CRAIC microspectrophotometers, S2M™ Spectral Surface Mapping™ software gives users ability to map UV-visible-NIR absorbance, reflectance, or fluorescence spectral response, point-by-point, with microscopic spatial resolution. When used with microspectrometers featuring programmable stages, plug-in software module allows user to automatically take spectral measurements with user-defined mapping patterns that reach to movement limits of stage itself. Read More
Written specifically for Raman microspectrometers, Lambdafire-R™ collects, analyzes, and processes both Raman microspectra™ and images. Software features touch screen control, sophisticated tools for analyzing data, native Windows 8® feature, and automation control. Designed for industrial processes as well as scientific research, program can accommodate additional modules to add capabilities such as spectral mapping of surfaces. Read More
Used with CRAIC Technology microspectrometers and their controlling Lambdafire™ software, CRAIC FilmPro™ lets users measure thickness of thin films of microspot areas in both reflectance and transmission in accelerated and non-destructive manner. Capabilities enable analysis of films of various materials on both transparent and opaque substrates. Areas of use range from research to industrial settings. Sampling areas can range from over 100 microns to <1 micron. Read More
Used to calibrate instruments that measure refractive index of microscopic fragments of glass and glass-like materials, Glass Refractive Standards set consists of calibrated glass samples and immersion liquids calibrated for refractive index versus temperature. Materials, designed for compliance with standard test methodology in ASTM 1967, cover 1.4800–1.5400 refractive index range. Also, oils have thermal coefficient and delta of that coefficient that meets ASTM criteria for such tests. Read More
Available as plug-in module for Lambdafire™ software, which controls CRAIC microspectrophotometers, CRAIC TimePro™ enables users to monitor kinetic variations in microscopic samples across UV-visible-NIR spectral range by absorbance, reflectance, and emission (including fluorescence). By monitoring changes in spectra over time, software will provide valuable tool for disciplines such as chemistry and biological research. Read More
Featuring Lightblades™ spectrophotometers and optical interface technologies, 508 Perfect Vision™ can acquire 8 MP color images and spectra of microscopic sample areas by absorbance, reflectance, polarization, luminescence, and fluorescence. System can be added to open photoport of microscope or probe station for non-destructive analysis. Some applications include characterization of new materials, measurement of surface plasmon resonance, and relative intensity mapping of flat panel displays. Read More
