I'm looking to a bright year in 2009 ,offering our clients repair, upgrade, and more efficient operation of their equipment versus replacement, which we feel is more cost effective & efficient. We hope this trend keeps up and our service department keeps up the great work!

I make and sell domestic wrought iron products. I made a few design changes (upgrades) to some of my cheaper products; raised the price and to my surprise they sell better now than before. Quality; people will spend on stand-apart quality. Also getting many compliments on quality service: quick shipping; taking time to explain and illustrate. I still keep the economy model around at the economy price. Folks want the better higher priced model anyway. 2009 is starting off just fine for this micro business.
