I try to ignore them...all they want is attention...and be the center of attention...and be needed...because they are lonely......

I am extremely nice to them, because this either makes them realize they are being a jerk and they change the way they are acting or it upsets them to know they can`t get to you. Either way is a win-win. Have a nice day!

The creator had an inventory problem; he made more horses' asses than he had horses to hang them on...therefore we deal with the inventory problem nearly every day. I have found that there is not one way to treat all of them. Some
become totally confused and embarrassed if you are kind in responce to them; others, if you are kind walk away feeling they have intiminated you.

Still others, if you "bit back", immediately become civil and want to interact correctly.

A simple question sometimes is effect:"Did you require special training to become an ass hole or did it come naturally?" The real challenge is finding which shoe fits.
