6 CommentsFOR THE LAST FEW YEARS I RECEIVED THE THOMAS REGISTER FREE. THIS YEAR I DID NOT RECEIVE THE MAIL-BACK CARD FOR ANOTHER COMPLIMENTARY EDITON.
I USE IT CONSTANTLY AS A PURCHASE TOOL AND A IMMENSE SOURCE FOR POTENTIAL SALES LEADS.
I WILL MISS THE 2006 EDITION VERY MUCH.
A 2006 EDITION WOULD BE ON MY HOLIDAY WISH LIST.

Well, I am trying to relocate our business. Finding a way to come up with a down payment for a commercial lot is not as easy as I had assumed. It seems when I finally locate the mixed use zoned lot (We plan to have our residence there as well.) falling within our price-range, the down payment required for bare land excedes a down for a property with a structure! It makes no sense to me. It is not as if there will be anything that could depreciate if there is nothing there.
Seriously unrealistic, true, but you asked.
