At FABTECH 2013, taking place now in Chicago, ThomasNet News interviews Scott Kartvedt of Afterburner Inc. about Flawless Execution, a leadership strategy based on principles derived from military discipline and organization that he teaches clients.
Kartvedt is a former Blue Angel, and many of the consultants at Afterburner Inc. are former military members. He discussed how and why military principles work in the corporate world and in life, as well as the issues facing military personnel who return to civilian life.
