    The hybrid state could be being slanted by sheer numbers. It looks impressive that California has ten times as many hybrid cars as Maryland. But, when you figure in the fact that the population of California has six times the population of Maryland, it’s less impressive. Perhaps a per capita count would give a better view of the overall attitude.

    As for the greenest vehicals, my 2005 Honda is rated at better than 70 MPG city. It has a carberuated .6L engine and a 4 speed manual transmission, and weighs less than 500 lbs. (Shadow VXL) What do they figure into the green score?

    Earthworks FWC-4.0 and FWC-RT are solvent systems used to replace mineral spirits, kerosene, and many other high VOC solvents for cleaning equipment, wires, felts and other areas in paper mills and other manufacturing related industries.
